Licensing that fits the size of your business
Every plan includes a set number of users; add more as your team grows.
Prices exclude VAT. Both plans are 15% off with annual billing. * Unlimited: subject to our fair use policy. Assistant: the question allowance is per company and renews every month; once it runs out, saved conversations remain accessible. On Studio, you can buy a paid add-on pack for more questions; add-on packs aren’t available on Basic, so you upgrade to Studio instead. On Basic, Stock, Suppliers and Tasks are turned off; the stock step in the order flow and the task option in the calendar are hidden, and they unlock with the same records when you upgrade to Studio.
How long does setup take?
You enter your first order in six steps: company details, brand, sales channel, product, customer and first order. You can get started without setting up stock or bills of materials.
What’s the difference between Basic and Studio?
Basic covers sales, order, product and channel management. Studio adds stock, suppliers, tasks and OrditoX Assistant with 200 questions per month. You can move from Basic to Studio at any time, and your data stays exactly as it is.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. When you upgrade, the new modules unlock immediately, and you only pay the difference for the remaining period.
Can I add users?
Yes. Basic includes 2 users and Studio includes 5; each additional user carries a license fee of ₺1.100 + VAT per month.
I have more than one brand. Do I need separate licenses?
No. On the Studio plan, unlimited brands are managed under a single license, and documents are printed with each brand’s own logo. The Basic plan is for a single brand.
Is there a usage limit on OrditoX Assistant?
Basic includes 10 questions per month and Studio 200 per month (up to 20 per day). The allowance is per company and renews every month. On Studio, you can buy a 100-question add-on pack (₺990 + VAT).
How do subscription payments work?
You manage your payments and subscription by credit card from the Subscription page in your OrditoX dashboard. Choose monthly or annual billing and keep track of your renewals on the same page. Annual subscriptions can also be paid by bank transfer (EFT). An invoice is emailed to you with every payment.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time from the Subscription page. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged for the next one.
How is my data protected?
All connections are encrypted with SSL/TLS; your data is stored encrypted and backed up daily. Your data is used only to provide the service and is never shared with or sold to third parties.
Who can see my data?
Only the users you add, according to their roles: Admin, Team Member and Viewer. You can hide financial amounts from any role you choose. The OrditoX support team accesses your account only with your approval.
Is it KVKK compliant?
OrditoX operates in compliance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Your customers’ personal data is processed only for order and delivery purposes; a privacy notice and a data processing agreement are available on request.
What happens to my data if my subscription ends?
You can export your orders, products and customers to Excel at any time. After your subscription ends, your data is kept for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
Which devices does it work on?
It runs in the browser on computers, tablets and phones, with nothing to install.
How do user roles work?
There are three roles: Admin, Team Member and Viewer. The admin decides what each user can see and edit.
